1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Dely, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

2. Content Ownership

All tutorial content, code examples, and educational materials are owned by Dely.in and protected by copyright laws.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

4. Subscription, Payments and Refunds

Payments for Pro plans are handled via third-party processors. Subscriptions are billed on the interval specified at checkout.

No Refunds: Due to the digital nature of our educational content and the immediate, full access provided to our advanced curriculum upon purchase, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, credits, or pro-rated billing for cancellations.

No Trials: We do not offer trial periods. Free modules (Basics and Intermediate) are provided as a way for users to evaluate the platform before purchasing.

Access: Pro users gain unlimited access to all modules, including Advanced Architecture and specialized Backend tracks, for the duration of their active subscription.

5. Affiliate Program and Referral Commissions

Dely may offer an affiliate program whereby users can earn commissions for referring new subscribers. Referral payouts, thresholds, and processing are governed by the program rules published on the affiliate dashboard and related pages. General payment terms (e.g. minimum payout, method) may be updated with reasonable notice.

6. Affiliate Posts Program (Premium by Score)

As part of the affiliate program, users may submit posts (e.g. blog, YouTube, LinkedIn, social) that promote Dely. The following terms apply specifically to the “posts for premium” track:

  • Approval only: Score is added to your profile only when our team approves a submission. Pending or rejected posts have no effect on your score.
  • Fixed score thresholds: Premium tiers are unlocked at fixed score levels (e.g. 100 pts = 3‑month Pro, 250 pts = 1‑year Pro, 500 pts = Lifetime Pro). When you reach a threshold, premium activates immediately. You can keep earning to unlock higher tiers.
  • Milestone protection: Once you have reached a premium milestone, your tier is not reduced if you later remove posts or your score otherwise decreases.
  • Post deletion and compliance: We continuously check for deletion of posts. If an approved post has been deleted from the platform without you removing it from the Affiliate Dashboard, we may delete all earned score and your account may be penalized for repeated violations. If you remove a post from the platform, you must also remove it from the Affiliate Dashboard (for approved posts). Repeated failure to comply may result in removal from the program and/or account penalties.
  • Scoring rules, point values per platform, and tier thresholds may be updated with reasonable notice. You can review the current rules on the Affiliate Posts & Premium Guide page.
