Dely (dely.in), operated by Phylancer Pvt Ltd, offers digital educational content through one-time payments and recurring subscription plans. This policy outlines our stance on cancellations and refunds. We encourage all users to review our free content before making any purchase to ensure the platform meets your expectations.

2. Recurring Subscription Plans

Some Dely plans are offered as recurring subscriptions (monthly or yearly) that automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle. By subscribing, you authorise Dely to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel.

  • Free trials: Certain subscription plans include a free trial period. You will not be charged until the trial ends. Cancel before the trial period ends to avoid any charge.
  • Auto-renewal: Subscriptions renew automatically. You will be notified before each renewal. You can cancel at any time from your profile page.
  • One-time plans: Lifetime and other non-recurring plans are single payments and are not subject to automatic renewal.

3. Cancellation Policy

Recurring subscriptions can be cancelled at any time from your profile page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you retain access until then and will not be charged again. Once cancelled, access expires at the end of the paid period.

One-time plans are not cancellable since they are not recurring. Your access will naturally expire at the end of the plan duration unless you choose to repurchase.

4. Refund Policy

All payments made on Dely are final and non-refundable. Due to the digital and immediately accessible nature of our content, we are unable to offer refunds once a payment has been successfully processed and access has been granted.

This applies specifically to subscription plans with a free trial: once the 7-day trial period has ended and the first payment has been charged, that payment is non-refundable. By allowing your trial to convert to a paid subscription, you agree to this policy. If you do not wish to be charged, you must cancel before the trial ends.

We strongly encourage users to:

  • Use the 7-day free trial to fully evaluate the platform before committing
  • Explore our free modules and sample content before purchasing any one-time plan
  • Review the plan details carefully at checkout

5. Exceptions

While our general policy is no refunds, we may consider exceptions in the following cases at our sole discretion:

  • Duplicate transactions: If you were charged more than once for the same order due to a technical error, we will refund the extra charge after verification.
  • Payment processed but access not granted: If your payment was deducted but your account was not upgraded within a reasonable time, please contact us and we will resolve it immediately or process a refund.
  • Unauthorised transaction: If you believe a payment was made without your knowledge or consent, please contact us and your bank immediately.

To raise an exception request, email us at support@dely.in within 7 days of the transaction with your payment details and a description of the issue.

6. Free Trials

Select subscription plans include a 7-day free trial, as indicated on the pricing page. No charge is applied during the trial period.

  • Cancel during trial: You can cancel at any time from your profile page before the trial ends. No payment will be taken.
  • Trial conversion: If you do not cancel before the trial ends, the subscription will automatically convert to a paid plan and your payment method will be charged for the first billing cycle.
  • No refunds after trial: Once the trial has ended and a payment has been charged, that charge is non-refundable. The 7-day trial exists specifically so you can evaluate the platform before committing — we cannot issue refunds for charges made after the trial period has concluded.

A significant portion of our content is also available for free, giving you additional opportunity to evaluate the platform before subscribing.

7. Taxes & Fees

Plan prices may be subject to applicable taxes depending on your region. For international payments, currency conversion fees or bank charges may apply as determined by your payment provider. These charges are beyond our control and are not eligible for refund.
