Upon successful payment, access to your purchased plan or content is granted instantly to your registered account. There are no physical items to be dispatched, packaged, or delivered to any address.

2. How Access is Delivered

Once your payment is confirmed, your account is automatically upgraded and you can begin accessing premium content immediately by logging into your account at dely.in. A confirmation email will be sent to your registered email address as proof of purchase.

In rare cases where access is not activated within a few minutes of payment, please contact our support team at support@dely.in and we will resolve it promptly.

3. No Physical Shipping

As all our products are digital in nature, the following do not apply:

  • Physical shipping or courier delivery
  • Shipping charges, delivery timelines, or tracking numbers
  • Physical packaging, returns, or exchanges of goods
  • Cash on delivery or any postal order

4. Exchange Policy
